Slack sagging skin on the upper arms can be surgically removed. This requires a spindle-shaped cut that leaves a longitudinal straight scar on the inside of the upper arm. The scar is hardly noticeable once it has healed; it scares the sagging skin much less than before.

If the skin hangs on the upper arms, you can hide it with longer sleeves - but at the latest on the beach this problem area becomes visible. Tightening is a gentle procedure that removes excess skin and, if necessary, fatty tissue. The wound healing on the inside of the upper arms usually goes very well, so that the scar fades within a few months and is not noticeable. In individual cases, it can also make sense to pull the scar in a t-shape in the armpit area in order to tighten the sagging skin there too. If the sagging of the skin in the upper arm area is not very strong, tightening by means of radio frequency needling is also possible in several sessions.
